Hi! My 5-month contract is about to end (more than a month remaining). I'm planning to decline the renewal of contract due to the location of our office and home. Masyadong malayo, bugbog katawan ko sa byahe. Ayoko rin mag-bedspace kasi mapapagastos lalo ako. Undermanned ngayon ang department namin. Does the company (manager or supervisor) has the right to force me to sign another contract or pwede ko na i-state ang intention ko of not renewing 1 month before the contract expires?

You can give proper advise that you will resign (and not renew any further contract) on the specific date as indicated in your contract.
