need legal advice regarding EMGOLDEX

Hello everyone,

So you've probably heard about EMGOLDEX, it's been all around the news lately wherein you can get a profit of P182,000 by starting from 36,000k initial. All you have to do is to invite 2 referrals and for your referals to do the same inorder to be eligible for the payout.

So my problem here is.. actually, Im one of the thousand clients of EMGOLDEX and I was able to get my payout already, like 2 months ago.. So I may have said sa mga invites ko na I willl help them inviting their downline/ mgfill ng downlines nila. Sa iba, nasabi ko din na "they don't even have to do recruiting and I will fill in for their downlines"..
Howver, they were informed from the very start prior to joining na required tlga ang magkaroon ng 2 invites.

At first, it was going great, ndi ako nahirapan,I was able to fill in for some. ung iba, nakuha na rin nila ang payout worth P180k.

Now, meron ung ibang naiwan at nahihirapan na ako. It is turning out to be my responsibility/burden already.

Considering, malaking halaga ang naipasok nila sa company at maramiraming tao na ang involved, ndi xa bastabasta pwedeng bitawan. Pero, napapagod na ako, I just want to quit. Gusto ko ng putulin ang "pagtulong" ko.

So my question is,

1. Ano po ang legal responsibility ko s kanila, although sinabi ko na tutulungan ko sila, we do not have any written contract or agreement that I would have to fulfill our terms.

2. Ano po ang legal complaints na pwede nila ibato sakin, considering, we are all the same clients of EMGOLDEX. All the money collected was deposited to the company, which is internationally based.

3. If I will announce na "AYOKO NA", ano po ang mga legal basis na pwede kong panghawakan that Im not responsible for any of their entries/money and that I can just walk away anytime I would like to?

Hay naku networking, scam pa din yan. Pwede ka nilang i-estafa nyan kasi parang nililinlang mo sila magkapera ka lang. Kung di sila magfile ng criminal case, pwede sila magfile ng civil case for damages for all the hasslesssss na na-suffer nila plus the money they invested. What you should do is not something legal but something moral, BE HONEST. You should stop promising people and do whatever you promised to do to the last person you have promised to and then QUIT.
