Did they accept (approve) your resignation?
How do you know they issued a memo if you did not receive it?
How do you know the decision is dismissal?
If there is no due process for termination, then you may be able to file a complaint.

Yes my Manager Accept the Resignation letter.Our HR call me asked me I received the show cause memo thur registered mail and I said no I dint received any show cause memo. This morning I received email from my company a notice of Decesion and it is Dismissal.
