annulment case

good eve/day. ask lang po ako ng advice, obviously this is a legal advice webpage....lol...hindi naman po ako talaga ung petitioner o respondent dito sa annulment case. i just want to help my sister, currently nsa ibang lugar po sya at ung abogado nung lalaki eh dito po sa pinas. last year he filed an annulment case, last october nakuha po namin ung decision ako po mismo ung kumuha sa abogado, ang sabi intay lang kami ng 3 to 4 months para lumabas ung court order na null and void ung marriage. at para makakuha na rin ng cenomar sa nso. but until now wla pa rin, nagpabuklat po kami ng marriage contract nila, wla pa ring pagbabago, wlang kahit ano mang annotation or remarks sa marriage contract kahit po ung marriage contract from nso. nung kinuha ko po ung decision sa abogado nung lalaki ang sabi pa sakin na sa cliente na lang daw namin malalaman kung lumabas na ung court order. pero wla kaming nakukuhang matinong information dun sa lalaki the last time na magreply sya sa message ko kasi nga po hindi na sya nakikipagusap dun sa kapatid ko para mgbigay ng info, ang sabi nya intay lang daw. ano po ba pwede namin gawin tungkol dito.

Gaano naba katagal mula ng na file ang case o petition? At mula ng nagkaroon ng decision?

please help! I have the same problem, i had done my annulment at Cotabato City, it was 2008 i have a 1 copy left papers which is certified true copy from finality of Judgement and also from Civil registrar in cotabato and Davao that im register, and MY NSO SECPA is with annotation already that my wedding is already NULL and VOID my problem is i need another copy for so some request to remary again, i went at Cotabato CITY RTC they said that my case was not in the Docket list, seems that the judge who hold my case before was disbar 2010' but my case was in 2008!please give me idea to all profesional here,
