good morning pls. give me advise

Dec. 1, 2010 na carnap ang motorcyle ko Yamaha mio sporty plate# 9265TI. Binili ko nung Dec. 28, 2009 installment. ask ko lang po kasi pinag babayad pa po kami kahit na nacarnap ang motor. Tama po ba na magbyad padin kami kahit wla na samin ang motor unfair naman po siguro ang ganun. Anu po ba ang dapat kong gawin. pls. help me

wasn't it covered with insurance?

as unfair as it sounds, you are still obligated to pay for the motorcycle. the theft does not extinguish your obligation.
