l want to ask about our property we paid full down payment in a real estate in year 2009 but they have a issue in pagibig so we change it to in house financing but they said we have to wait for their response if the in house financing is going through but until now we dont have any letter from them its been six years still no status about our unit what should we do? can we refund the down payment or is there any chance for refund if its too long time pls reply attoney thank you very much godbless you!
