Some hospitals require waiver from the patients stating that if PCSO does not settle within 60 days, the patient will be billed. There maybe an unpleasant history with the hospital or there maybe additional requirements to ensure settlement. Tanungin uli sa billing ng hospital. Baka may paraan pa.
