Good day,
I hired a travel agency for the teachers to travel abroad.
I became a guarantor ( in behalf of the teachers) that the passports would be valid on the date of the travel. What happened is that, one of the teacher's passport is valid less than six months and she was not permitted to travel.
Is there a case that can be filed against me by the teacher. (The teacher was demanding a refund )
