tanong ko lang po kung may babayaran po ba kami sa attorney namin kahit kusang nag declare ng close at babayaran kami ng company na pinapasukan namin at walang naipasang CBA at walang hearing na nagyari..noong nag meeting kaming mga union sinabi sa amin na 10% daw ang bayad bawat isa sa amin

kahit sabihin nating wala kayong obligasyon, ksi wala namang nangyaring hearing,
pero kung sinabi nyang meron, then another case na naman eto,,,,

Noong Sunday may meeting kmi pero Hindi po ako umattend kasi Alam KO tungkol sa separation pay namin. Ang sabi ng mga kasama KO pina pa sign sila ng name nila with signature.
