good day i wantd an advice ung husband ko nagpakasal kamo sa muslim then my aswa xa sa paggng chriatian nya nanggugulo ung bbae pero legal kasal nmin s muslim nagpaconvert kamo, ano pwde gawn ng x isa pa nyang asawa samin?thank you

Hi,

Pwede kayong kasuhan ng criminal case na "BIGAMY" dahil hindi pa annulled/voided 'yong kasal ng asawa mo sa una niyang asawa ay nagpakasal siya agad sa iyo. Kahit na nagpaconvert sa muslim ang asawa mo bago kayo nagpakasal, pwede pa rin kayong makasuhan ng Bigamy.

Ang kasal ninyo ay walang bisa at maaari ninyo itong ipadeklara sa korte na walang bisa.
