Hi!
Is it possible to sell a vatable product even the company is registered originally as a non-vat business?
What legal process should we do to make it possible?

Do you mean "non-vat business" because of the size of your REVENUE per year? (=The limit is a bit over 1.9 million per year.)
If so - Yes. Until you get over that limit Smile Then you will need to change it to "vat business".

If other reason - I don't know if it's demanded to change something as e g business decription.
