Non-Remittance of SSS Loans and Contributions

Good day to All,

My employers did not remit SSS Loans and Contributions both from September 2014 up until now June 2015 because of the ff. reasons..

1."We all know that we have been struggling on this issue since we came in or even before we join the company. Due to the legacy debts of the other companies, (Our Company) is shouldering all the burdens resulting to cash shortages."

2."... We are collecting 15M a month but our monthly expenses including payments to legacy debts is reaching 17-18M. Yes it is scary but we believe we can survive on this considering that there were potential partners who are willing to invest in (Our Company) and pay off all our remaining obligations this 2015."

3. No funds for payment of SSS Loans and Contributions

Makatarungan po ba ito? Kasi tuloy tuloy pa rin po ang pagkaltas nila at pangako nila last year pa na may potential partner sila na magbabayad sa lahat pero hanggang ngayun wala pa rin nangyayari.

Parang ginagamit nila ang perang dapat ay sa SSS loan and Contibutions nakalaan sa amin.

Di pa po kami nagrereklamo dahil mahal namin ang kumpanya at SSS loan and contributions lang naman po ang dii nahuhulugan, pero mag iisang taon na at kami pa ang pinu pukpuk para kumita ang company para pambayad lang sa mga negosyong pinalugi nila.
