single detach house

I bought a single detachhed house. 2nd to the last house kme. during the time na binibili ko na sya i rised concerm dahil ung last house n lot is firewall to firewall sa binibili ko. Then they agree na di na sya papatayuan as planned pag may bumili. Instead they will sell it as lot na lng. Pero ngyn they are contructinh beside my firewall na. Wala ba ako habol dito? I intended to buy a single detached pero sa mangyayari parang duplex na sya. what can i do about this? Feeling ko niloko ako. appreciate your legal advise.

that i have to check, but the same model house dito sa subd lahat single detached. Even sa brochure single detached. Before i buy the house and lot sinabi ko na un sa kanila, since concern ko sya nung binili ko nagcommit sila na lot na lang nila ibebenta ung katabi ko. the problem is that di un naindicate sa contract ko. ano laban ko kaya dito?
