Actually, meron silang papel na pinirmahan dahil natakot na asawa kong ipatanggal xa sa trabaho. Ang nakalagay sa papel na napanotary po nila is iaacknowledgr ng asawa ko yung bata sa birth cert at itutuloy yung sustento. Ngayon, sabi ng babae, kasama ng pagiwan nya pansamantala sa bata, ibabalik nya samin yung copy ng kasunduan na nasakanya. Tapos kapag naman daw nakuha na nya yung bata, di na xa manggugulo ulit.

Sobra kaseng naaapektuhan netong issue na to yung trabaho namin pareho dahil ang tapang nung babae kase lagi nyang dinadahilan na may anak sila.

Kapag po na yung kasunduan napanotary na, wala ng way to void the agreement? Ayaw kase talagang iacknowledge ng asawa ko bata sa birth certificate though he is good with giving financial support.

The next time na sumugod nga ulit yung babae sa campo para magdemand, ako naman na din ppunta para magfile sa sakin idadaan lahat ng sweldo ng asawa ko at hindi na pera isusuporta namin kundi kame na bibili ng needs ng bata.

regarding don sa post ni idol na questionable ang abandonment,,
eto pag-isipan mo,
yong case given, eh,
binigay yong bata sa lola/lolo,then after some time eh kukunin, then ayaw na bigay, kasi ang ground nila eh abandonment,, so pinanigan ang nanay, di nga naman abandonment, kasi hinabilin at inalagaan naman nila,,,
ang case nyo eh iba,
di nyo tinatanggap ang custody, pero itinutulak parin ang bata sa inyo, so pwede yon abandonment,,
subukan mong magtanong sa DSWD na malapit sa area nyo? kasi kung talagang ayaw nya, eh pwede baby don.
