recless imprudence resulting in homecide

good day! need ko po legal advice.. last may 25, 2015 while im driving on my way to the airport to fetch my boss i happened to have fallen asleep for a few second.. then i bumped to a passenger multicab.. the accident brought 8 passengers to hospital with slight to serious injuries. i was brought to police station since i was not hurt. during my holding period i extended financial help to the victims. i was released after my holding period lapse. but a day after my employer was contacted by a family member of one of the victim informing that their patient died as a result of the accident. the husband of the deceased scheduled a meeting on june 2, 2015. by the way the insurance of the car that used is just TPL .. the passenger cab insurance is also TPL. my questions are: 1. if the family of the victim will file a case how much will be the bail? and how the proceedings will go?

2. if the family will not seek settlement, will i be sentence to a jail term?

3. the owner of the multicab insisted that we will repair his vehicle to its state prior the accident but my company's stand is to pay certain amount only (30,000) since it was an accident and not intentional. what will be the possible scenario for this case if both parties will not agree?

3. since the insurance of the passenger cab is only TPL, will it pay the deceased victim? or can they also use their insurance to pay the victims on top of our insurance?

u need to prove its accident, and the victim is dead.
gudluck kaibigan, pero meron right ang mga victims to claim damages...
if di mo kaya ng insurance, u need to shoulder it yourself.

just in case po.. how much po ba ang BAIL? for first time violator i can still file for probation?

Dinala po ng pulis ang kapatid ko sa kulungan khit n di pa ntatauhan dhil sa kalasingan at pagka bugbog ng katawan ng kapatid ko at di pa napapa citi scan,at the following day ininQuest n po agad ang kapatid ko at kinasuhan sya ng Recless Imprudence Resulting to Homicide,alam ko nmn po ang pnanagutan ng kapatid ko gusto ko lng po malaman kung ano ano po ang hakbang n pwedeng gwin nmin upang mpawalang sala ang kapatid ko pwede po b kming mag piyansa?pwede po rin bang ma iapply sa kapatid ko ung Probation Law since first time offender ung kapatid ko?kung mkikipag areglo naman po kami sa pamilya ng naaksidente ng kapatid ko at bigalng di pumayag na makipag areglo at ituloy ang kaso ano po ba ang dapat nming gawin? umaasa po ako ng kaukulang kasagutan sa problema ko po salamat po more power po.
