When annulment is said to be package. Will it not affect the process if the summon supposedly served to a spouse is not sent / or the respondents signature in the proof of service was just forged? Question

package? forgery? of course it will affect the case if someone points it out. the proceedings will be held invalid and those responsible for such acts be held responsible.

A package annulment had been on going all over the country as I guess Smile And there are successful case were coules really get annuled. But, if the petitionis finalized by the sol gen. is there any way that the final decision be revoked? how long shall it take for the other party to file for an appeal before the decision is then final and irrevocable?

what if you had not received any summon at all and after a year or two you just know that your marraige was already annuled. Can we still file possible charges against this or is this subject to any legal liabilities whoever is responsible? What can be best done if this is the case then?

you should first go to the court which issued the decree and review the records. if there is basis to show that the other spouse knew the actual address but sent it to another one, then you can question the decision.

you can either file your own petition to reverse the decree or you can seek help from the office of the solicitor general if they are willing to take this case and question the decree in the name of the state. good luck.
