Gudam,Benenta po kc nang unang anak ng daddy ung bahay at lupa without our knowledge, they forged our signature. Ngaun pinapaalis n kmi nung pinsan ko na nakabili sa bahay. My dad's first wife died already, pti n rin po father namin namatay na. 4po kming magkakapatid. Sabi ng Kuya ko pumirma dw kmi sa quit claim pero wala po tlga kming pinirmahan. Hinihingi nmin copy wala clang mapakita. Ano po dapat naming gawin? May laban po b kmi sa property na iniwan ng father ko?thanks

stay on the property. as co-owners, you can use the property. force them to reveal their documents. you do not have to leave without a court order

Kahit po ba 2nd family lang kami. Sa title po kasi nakapangalan lang cia sa father namin.. Ngayon po magfifile po cla ng ejection para umalis kmi sa bahay. Pwede po ba kming paalisin ng ganun ganun na lang? San po ba kami pwedeng lumapit? Nawawala po kc ung copy ng deed of sale na nsa custody ng Registry of Deeds. 2 mos. na till now di pa rin makita documents. Mapera po kalaban namin kaya natatakot kming magkakapatid.
