I am a married woman and have been separated for 11 years, I requested a cenomar last March 2015 in NSO. Based on the document, no record found in the indices of marriage from 1945 to February 2015. What does it mean? Is my marriage valid or not?

the absence of cenomar does not nullify your marriage,,
go check with local registrar what happened...
from my assumption, kaya ka kumuha ng cenomar is to confirm kung me sabit.....
me plano ba uli??? be careful, baka mabigamy ka....
