I would just to inquire if there a case that I can file to Globe Telecom for changing my contract or mobile postpaid services without my consent. I initially signed up for a Business-Flex 1800 Unlimited Data and they changed it Business-Flex 1800 Unlimited browsing. Hence, this change in my services put me a limited bandwidth allocation.
In the event that I can submit a case for this incident. Kindly provide me the procedures that I need to follow in order to push-through with my complaint.
