Eviction on Rental Apartment

We've been renting apartments 1 and 2. Apartment 1 for 36 years and Apartment 2 for 10 year for less than 10k a month. We do no have a contract of lease. We had arrears and made arrangments to settle it until November 2015. Failure to comply will mean eviction. Now our landlord said we need to vacate apt 2 because she already sold the property. We were given 2 months to vacate which we did this April. Now we again received a notice that we need to vacate apt 1 in 2 months. We are using this for our business and someone is renting 1 room and our landlord is aware of this. He said on the letter that if we do not vacate he will take ownership of all property inside our house by June 31, 2015 with the help of our barangay. What can we do?
