good day!
Gusto ko po humingi ng legal advice, napilitan po akong magpakasal sa huwes noong 2007 dahil pinilit po ako ng pamilya ng babaeng nabuntis ko. That was impromptu na kasalan without my family o kahit isang kamag anak ko, talagang diritsahan po! Kahit na yung babae po na pinakasal sa akin ay ayaw din po at napilitan lang din po dahil sa kanyang pamilya. After po ng kasal namin never po kami nagsasama. Ngayon po gusto ko po sana na ma annul since may kanya kanya naman din kaming gf/bf.
ano po ba ang magiging ground nito kung sakali.sana po ay mapayuhan nyo po ako.

Is “annulment” different from a “declaration of nullity” of marriage?

Yes. In essence, “annulment” applies to a marriage that is considered valid, but there are grounds to nullify it. A “declaration of nullity” of marriage, on the other hand, applies to marriages that are void or invalid from the very beginning. In other words, it was never valid in the first place.
