Hi everyone,

I'm a minimum wage earner from region 3 having a salary of 302 basic pay plus 30 meal allowance, just want to ask po, kasi may minimum wage increase po sa region 3 dba? kaso hanggang ngaun hindi pa namin natatanggap ang retroactive pay namin, may nabalitaan po kami na matatanggap na po namin un this month kaso ang ginawa nilang computation ay from a basic rate of 332 to 349? tama po ba un? knowing na ang rate na ginagamit sa mga overtime namin ay sa 302 hindi sa 332, hindi po ba dapat from 302 to 349 ang magiging retroactive pay namin?
