Arresto Menor

Hi All,
I'm a lead of small group of IT Administrator and the company and my manager remove my Administrative rights to other supervisor. Because I was not good at reporting specially in the meeting. does this legal? My Administrative power was remove. They I'm still a Lead but I dont have people to lead and I dont have authority anymore to my team.

What does "Lead" mean - is it a manager position or a supervisor? I guess it's a position title, not necessarily meaning having people under you.

I was a "Lead" in my previous job, but did not have any people directly reporting to me.

Offhand, it's not illegal. There was no diminution of benefits. There was no reduction in salary, rank or position - your supervisors were just reassigned elsewhere.

Management has rights also.
