hi, i need legal advice about unpaid debt to avon philippines. It was in year 2008 or 2009, i forgot exactly when and how much was the debt. i was in college and i entered avon as a re-seller. some of my customers did not pay me and i don't have money to cover the debt because i was only a student. now 2015 i saw in my NBI clearance that there is estafa case from prosecutors office. please give me advice how to clear it, and please give me more details about estafa case like this because i have no idea at all. thanks a lot
