Arresto Menor

Please advise po if i have violated Article 667 to 671 ng Civil Code of the Philippines.

I reviewed the article he told me, Article 668 to 671.

Question : 1.

Meron pa rin po namang syang isang side ng kwarto nya for her light and view.

Article 670 - Second and third paragraph, dapat po raw ay nag setback ako ng 60 centimeters and what does the third paragraph mean?

Article 671 - kung pede po paki explain further.

May nabasa din po ako that the right for light and view should have been enjoyed for 20 years or more before he could claim for his right. Meron po bang ganun. Salamat po.
