Hi, has anyone ever had issues with a telecommunications cable being planted inside his/her property without any easement? I just discovered that a telecommunications company has its cable planted inside our front yard. The cable was not obvious before as there were plants and trees covering the cable. We had cleared the plants and were surprised to find the cable running from the telecommunications post erected just outside our property in Batangas. Should I just write the telecommunications company or seek professional advice immediately? Thanks
