Arresto Menor

Naaksidente po ako last thursday habang pauwi mula sa trabaho, sakay po ako ng motorsiklo ko nang maaksidente po ako. Nais ko lang malaman kung may pananagutan pa ba ang kompanya ko sa pagpapagamot sa akin? Binayaran naman po nila ang gastos ko sa hospital nung madala ko sa emergency pero ngayon po ay nalaman ko na ikakaltas daw po pala iyon sa suweldo ko? Kung maaari ay mayroong pong makapag advice sa akin. Salamat

the company itself does not, but you can claim from the SSS and the Employee's compensation commission. coming from work, it can be considered a work related incident. ask hr to assist you file your claim.
