Good day

I would like to ask some advice about my situation
I've had a case when I was 23, I did go to the hearing and settled the case with the complainant only they keep messing the special power of attorney and the hearing went on for several more times and the residing judge already scolded them for making the mistake. I was represented by a PAO lawyer then. And I think after the third or fourth hearing (after I settled with them and still they didn't provide the correct papers so they can file the affidavit of desistance I think) the judge didn't schedule another hearing and they wrote something on my files, I think it was something like probation, please excuse me cause I’m not really sure cause they didn't elaborate it to me since there is another case after mine. It’s been five years now and I haven’t followed up on it because I've moved residence and now I’ll be needing my nbi clearance and police clearance. My real concern is if how will it affect my record and if there’s any way to fix it. If it helps my current lawyer then told me to plead not guilty and I did just as I was told. I hope you can give some clear advice.
