May binabalak po kaming bilhing lupa ng asawa at ang source ng pambayad ay mula sa sweldo naming dalawa. May pagkakaiba po ba ang paglalagay sa deed of sale ng "Nsme of wife" married to "Name of Husband, or vice versa. May pagkakaiba po sa dalawa? Or dapat po ba "spouses" dahil conjugal property. Alin po ba ang mas tama at fair na term na gagamitin.

actually there's no difference, but i prefer 'sps. x and y' because it's more reflective that they both own the property.
