Hi Attorney, meron po kasi akong kinomekeran sa loan sa previous company po na pinasukan ko and ung mga napirmahan ko po sa nagsipagresign na halos lahat and ako ay lumipat n ng company and sabi ng previous company na pinasukan ko ibabawas sa backpay ko ung mga loans ng mgs officemate ko. Palagay ko po wala n ko makukuha dun kc malaki ung nakapending na mga loans sa akin, gusto ko sanang mangyari is habulin ung mga pinagkomakerhan ko ksi di nila senettle ung utang nila and im trying to contact them di naman sila nagrereply. Alam ko po kung san sila nagwowork gusto ko po silang puntahan sa company sa pinapasukan nila sa paanong paraan ko po ba to magandang gawin ? anu-anu po ba mga hakbang na pwede kong gawin? And just incase di sila magbayad o ayaw nilang magbayad anu po ba magagawa ko> pwede po ba ako magsampa ng kaso?

what you should do is to send them demand letters to pay you what was taken from your salary. make sure you have proof of receipt. either deliver them personally or send them via registered mail with proof of receipt. please do no go to their employers and humiliate them.

if they do not pay, the proper remedy is to file a complaint at the bgy if you live in the same city or municipality and then a small claims case. the rules are on sc.judiciary.gov.ph. no need for lawyer. good luck.
