Hi all,

May i kindly ask if there's a stated law that states the turnaround time for COE and back pay? Nagresign po kasi ako and my last day was Jan.9,2015. Until now po, hindi pa po ako cleared sa company.

Wala. Pwedeng 2-3 months or more.

Although it should be within reasonable time.

Ask mo bakit wala pang final pay. Baka merong dahilan naman.
