Arresto Menor

I was married last 1997 but we have been seperated for 12yrs. And just in 2014 i learned that my real surname is bonifacio that is registered in NSO.I want to know if my marriage is null and void because the birth cert i'm currently using is fake as well as my surname andulan because it isnt registered @NSO.So is it possible that my marriage is null and void. Coz if it is, my current partner wants to marry me using my legal and true surname that is registered @NSO. Pls reply asap..thank u
