I would like to seek advice on a property owned by PNR located at Kawit, Cavite. The property was bought by my father from an old couple back in 1955. Not knowing that it was PNR owned lot, my father had registered the lot under my grandfather's name with a lease agreement. My father had also rebuilt the house on the lot and was also registered under my grandfather's name on its tax declaration. Through the years, family was allowed to use the house since most of us migrated to the US. Until one of my cousins used the house and stayed there with his girlfriend on 2001. My cousin was ejected from the house by relatives of his exgirlfriend and later on died of a heart attack in 2007. The ex-girlfriend never left the house and somehow produced a deed of sale with my grandfather's signature on the document in 2007. However, she didn't know that my grandfather has been deceased since 2001. A case was filed and still on going at Trece Marteres Municipal Court for falsification of documents. My question is what type of documents needed since bought my grandparents are deceased and 6 of their siblings are still living in the US? PNR will start to process on giving the lots to the owners under the lease agreement. The heirs are willing to waive their right on the lot and wanting to have my name on the Title. We fully appreciate the help.
