Hi,
Im planning to buy a house and lot with the "rights only" documentation. Seller and me will only have a deed of absolute sale. He is the second owner of the property. And he bought that property the same way im buying it now.

My question is, that do i need to do to have it awarded to me by NHA?

Please help.. appreciate your response

FAQ'S
1. NHA is not allowing the properties to be sold unless they already have the title or were awarded.

2. Sale of non-awarded lot gives no right of possession to the buyer.

3. If a non-awarded NHA property is sold and there is a deed of absolute sale, the title still goes to the original awardee...not to the buyer

4. NHA conducts an ocular inspection regularly. They can cancel or terminate the award if they found out that the non-awarded NHA property was sold.
