I would to know if there are cases similar to me. My x husband was previously married in catholic church. Both me and my husband are catholic but since we can not marry in Catholic Church we decided to have our married vows in PIC/Aglipay Church. I read one write up that the married of the same is invalid since we are both Catholic.
We are not bless with children and have been separated for more than 7 years now because he had affairs inside our marriage that force me to left him. He is now leaving with another woman and has one child.
Any insights are most welcome.
