I've read NSO's requirements before a child's name can be changed.
Is it possible to change a name without having it published in the newspapers. It happened that my friend's daughter got involved in a scandal and browsing her name on the internet would render uncomfortable results. They opted to have her name changed to clear out the issue, however, if it will also be published, it will just make no sense at all.
Is there an exemption that can be applied to minors for this case? They badly want to have her name changed for the child's sake.
