ano poh ba ang mga rigths ng isang employees or benifit kapag 3yr k ng work tapos halos lahat ng employees ay hindi regular for 1yr to 3yr... and lagpas din s 8 working hour tpos d bayad yung ot

Paano mo nasabi na hindi pa kayo regular?

Tungkol sa OT, pwede ireklamo sa DOLE yan.

Pero kunsakali, baka kailangan nyo na rin maghanap ng ibang trabaho pagkatapos ng kaso.

Hindi kailangan ang papeles para ma-regular.

Ano ang status nyo sa unang pasok ninyo sa trabaho?

Kung hindi sinabing contractual or probationary kayo sa simula pa lang, ibig sabihin regular na kayo.

Pag probationary sa simula, automatic na regular pag umabot ng 6 months.

Ganito din ako dati. Worked 10/2010 until 04/2014 sa dating company, tapos hindi din na-regular. Though sabi nga na after 6 months considered regular na, pero yung ibang benefits intended sa regular employees hindi ko napakinabangan. hindi ko din alam if na-adjust ba yung salary ko dati. hehe.. til now yung mga kasama ko dun dati na dun pa din nagwowork naghihintay pa din ng regularization nila. wala din naglalakas loob magreklamo sa DOLE kasi hirap na din maghanap ng trabaho.
