I was given a subpoena regarding the incident on 2013. We've already settled it by the owner. I already paid it with the corressponding amount but how come that theres still a subpoena came on January 29 and i was given 10 days to file a counter affidavit.
Plase give me an advise Atty?

May kaaway po yung kapatid ko na bata tapos nagalit po yung tatay hinampas yung ulo nya ano po ang pwd naming gawin para maparusahan yung tatay ng kaaway nya?
