Please help! Is it possible for me to know the name of the person whom my uncle sued because of a land title? If it is where can i find it? My uncle is already dead as well as the caretaker who pledged the land. I just wanted to know the name of the person whom he sued because the caretaker of my uncle's land pledged the land to somebody & i wanted to know that person so we can claim the land. Your responses are highly appreciated.
