Hi All,

Can somebody give any idea if there is any Law that atleast protect the rights of Job Order SUC Instructor? Particularly on the topic below:

- Payment of Tax
-> are they required to pay the same tax as to those with Employee - Employer Relationship?

- 13th Month Pay
