Good day po!

10 years na po akong hiwalay sa asawa ko. First year of seperation he was sending money for a few months and then nawala na po until now. Nakita ko sa FB na may new family na siya, may isang anak at ang new wife ay gamit ang apelyido nya. We are still married pa po up to now. Wala po akong balak mang hingi ng sustento.

Question po, ano po ba pwede kong gawin para mapawalang bisa ang kasal namin ng mabilis at hindi ko na ginagamit ang apelyido nya?
