Hi po ask ko lang po kung makakakuha pa ng 14th month kapag nag file na ng resignation, rank or performance basis naman sya? Tnx

Depende yan sa company policy.

Most of the time sa experience ko, hindi na binibigay ang ibang bonus kung wala ka na sa kumpanya sa panahon ng bigayan.

Pag ka bigay ko ng resignation tska sila nag bigay ng 14th month meron pa kong 1 month sa company.
