Im Nixon 25 years Old, Please help me regarding my problem,

papa ko is 60 years old na at magpapakasal siya sa 25 years old niyang jowa, since 3 years nang patay ang mama ko.. gusto ko lang po malaman kung may right paba ako sa property na iniwan ng mom ko? kasi yung new wife ng papa ko parang tinataboy na ako, ako lang kasi mag isa wala akong kapatid,

Please help me!

Yes, you have a right to 1/2 of the properties left by your mother. Kailangan ipasettle na yung estate ng mom mo para hindi maipagkait sa iyo ng step mother mo yung property. Mabiliis lang naman ang procedure na ito basta complete lahat ng documents (title, tax declarations, etc.)

Yes po, may claim ka dun kahit ibenta niya. Kung payag ka rin na ibenta, hati kayo sa pera ng mapagbebentahan ng property. Kung ayaw mo ibenta yung share mo, pwede ninyo ipadivide na yung property through extrajudicial settlement.
