I would just like to inquire what are my rights with regards to working for a company in direct competition with my employer. I just resigned (effective March 27 due to 60day arrangement with employer) and I am afraid that if i get an offer from another company my employer would not give me my gratuity pay (15years of service).
1) Can my employer do that?
2) Can I leave my employer before the 60d agreement and still get my gratuity?
