Advance VL filing ---- possible not to approve?

Dear Atty, Hi Atty, I have booked a trip abroad by June of this year, this has been booked last Oct 2013 pa.I asked permission with my boss last week but it seems like she would not approve it...My leave os only for two days....I approached her again after a week, she signe my leave application but with conditions...My question is, does my superior have the right to disallow my VL a day before my flight? Would i be charge by Awol if I continue my trip?please advise po thank you so much. Thank you - shee-

in my opinion, application for vl can be rejected or canceled if there is a valid reason.
