Hello, My mother is already 87yrs. old and it is but right for her to transfer her properties to her children. The problem is, the property is still in court. It is with the court of appeals and we are waiting for the result and probably it will take years of waiting. My question is, my mother said that I will solely be the heir to the property if ever we win in court. How can I have assurance that my brother cannot have his right with the property? Do I need a Certificate of Donation? What process do I have to go through with this matter?
