Good day po.. ask ko lang po wat is the meaning of applicable law which is stated in my contract here in Singapore.

APPLICABLE LAW- This agreement is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore. The parties hereto hereby irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in relation to any dispute, questions or issue arising from the provisions of this Agreement or in relation to the performance thereof.

Ang ibig po sabihin ng applicable law is that kung may breach sa contract lets say, hinde ka nag comply ng obligation mo based sa contract or yung ka contrata mo is not complying his duty as stated in the contract, ang batas ng singapore ang masusunod or ang basis sa pagaayos ng problema or dispute.
