May fiancee ako from usa gusto po sana nya akong e petition kaso po may kunting problema.may penitition na po sya dati una fiancee visa tapos na deny yung chinese tapos year 2009 bumalik sya sa china at nagpakasal ata sila di sure ang fiancee ko kasi he was so stupid and desperate that time daw po.so pagbalik nya ng Us penitition nya ulit yungbgirl as spousal visa pero na deny po ulit yung girl at sabi po ng immigration they didn't have bonafired relationship daw po.sa tingin nyo po makakaapekto po ba samin ng fiancee ko if ever e petition nya ako? Panu po malalaman if legal ang marriage certificate sa china? Thanks in advance po

He should check with US immigration. Kasi kahit ikaw e limitted and knowledge mo sa background ng case nya.
