Hi lawyers,
I wonder if I can sue my co worker for taking photos without my permission? I know that my co worker and i don't do well together (even if we've been counseled by our executives) but i recently notice that he's always taking photos while im working and taking a break somewhere at our work place. I tried asking to have the photos deleted but he wont. When I asked him why, he told me he was going to use it if I did anything wrong or what they call "bulilyaso" ( fyi the bosses listens to him more often than me and also i am suprised when he said that). Seems to me it is some sort of a "blackmailing".
