i would like to confirm this article i read, is it true that if the real estate i bought is being used as a form of income, lets say its being lease, since i also have a day job, will either of my tax (real estate and withholding tax) reduced or even exempts me from paying?

Nope. In fact, it is considered as an additional income derived from passive income. Thus, it will not relieved your or reduced your or even exempt you from paying your respective taxes.
